Managing Contact Form Submissions

Portfolio

When visitors submit your portfolio's contact form, their messages appear on the Submissions page (accessible from the sidebar).

Viewing submissions: Click any submission in the list to view the full message, sender details, and any custom field responses. Submissions are automatically marked as read when you open them.

Search & filter: Use the search bar to find submissions by name, email, or message content. Filter by All (default inbox), Unread, or Archived.

Actions:

  • Reply: Click the reply button to open your email client with the sender's address pre-filled.
  • Archive: Move a submission out of your main inbox without deleting it. Archived submissions are hidden from the "All" view but accessible under the "Archived" filter.
  • Mark as unread: Toggle a submission back to unread if you need to revisit it later.
  • Delete: Permanently remove a submission.

Exporting (Studio+): Click the export button to download all non-archived submissions as a CSV file. The export includes name, email, message, date, read status, and any custom field responses.
