Available on Pro, Studio, and Enterprise plans. Protect an unlisted project with a password so only people you share it with can listen.
Setup:
- Open the project's Edit page and expand the Privacy & Access section.
- Set the project's visibility to Unlisted.
- Enter an access password and click Save Changes.
How visitors experience it: Anyone opening the project's share link sees a password screen. After entering the correct password, the full player loads. Without it, the project stays hidden.
Notes:
- Leave the password field empty to let anyone with the link listen (no password screen).
- Want a project locked to just you? Set its visibility to Private instead — no password needed.
- As the owner, you never see the password screen while logged in.
- Switching the project to Public or Private removes the password.
- To change the password, edit it in Privacy & Access and save again.
