Each project has a visibility setting — Public, Unlisted, or Private — the same model YouTube uses. Change it from the Dashboard (project menu) or on the Edit Project page under Privacy & Access.
- Public — anyone with the link can listen, the player is eligible to appear in SoundToggle's public showcase, and search engines may index it. You'll be asked to confirm you have the right to share both versions of the audio publicly.
- Unlisted (the default) — anyone with the link or embed can listen, but the project is never listed in the showcase and search engines are asked not to index it. Optionally add an access password (Pro+) so only people with the password can listen. See "Password-Protected Players."
- Private — visible only to you, even with the link.
Public and Unlisted projects can both be featured on your portfolio page; Private projects never appear there, and neither do Unlisted projects that have an access password (see "Password-Protected Players").
