- Verify that your website platform allows custom HTML or iframe embeds.
- If using the iframe embed, try adjusting the height value.
- For the responsive embed, make sure the full script tag is included, not just the iframe portion.
- If the player appears but looks squished or clipped, the embed component on your website is likely set too narrow. Widen it in your site editor to match your content width, and check the mobile view separately.
