- If the project is private with no password, only you can view it — visitors see a "Private Project" message. Add an access password in Edit Project → Privacy & Access (Pro+) to let others in.
- If a password is set, double-check you shared the exact password — it must match exactly.
- If you changed the password recently, visitors need the new one.
- As the owner you never see the password screen while logged in, so test the link in a private/incognito browser window to see what visitors experience.
