- If the project is Private, only you can view it — visitors see a "Private Project" message. Switch it to Unlisted (or Public) in Edit Project → Privacy & Access to let others in; add an access password (Pro+) if you want to control exactly who.
- If a password is set, double-check you shared the exact password — it must match exactly.
- If you changed the password recently, visitors need the new one.
- As the owner you never see the password screen while logged in, so test the link in a private/incognito browser window to see what visitors experience.
