If the quality badge in your player stays on "Streaming" and never upgrades to "Lossless," the full lossless file is still loading in the background. On slower connections this can take longer — the proxy ensures playback isn't interrupted while the lossless file downloads.
If it stays on "Streaming" indefinitely:
- Check that the original lossless files still exist in your Media Library.
- Try refreshing the page and playing again.
- Test on a faster connection to rule out bandwidth issues.
- If the issue persists, go to the Edit Project page, find the proxy status panel below the Fast Streaming setting, and try regenerating the proxy files.
